Description
Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Chlorzoxazone is a combination of two pain relieving medicines (Aceclofenac & Paracetamol) and a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone). It reduces muscle spasms and pains. It is useful in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, myalgia, and other general pain conditions that happens because of over work, cramp or injury. Such pain either continues or may occur at regular intervals. It is an uncomfortable sensation that, if not treated, will increase with time and may result in poor physical strength. It, therefore, becomes necessary to use a good quality pharmaceutical drug to treat such conditions.
ENSHO MR Tablets contain Aceclofenac 100 mg, Chlorzoxazone 250 mg, and Paracetamol 325 mg. Aceclofenac 100 mg is an anti-inflammatory drug that works by selectively blocking the chemical messenger COX-II that signals the brain about the pain. Paracetamol is antipyretic and analgesic, it reduces fever that is sometimes associated with pain. Chlorzoxazone on the other hand is an analgesic and Muscle relaxant.

Pharmacology: Aceclofenac is a potent NSAID with preferential COX-2 inhibition, better gastric & cardiac safety, and positive effect on cartilage anabolism. Paracetamol is a potent analgesic & antipyretic agent. Chlorzoxazone is a powerful muscle relaxant that breaks the cycle of spasm-pain-spasm.
Precaution with Aceclofenac 100 mg, Chlorzoxazone 250 mg, and Paracetamol 325 mg Tablets
- Take the tablets only when the doctor suggests.
- Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Chlorzoxazone as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage.
- Older adults may have increased drowsiness, confusion, and higher risk of fall as a result of taking Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Chlorzoxazone.
- Do not take it with any other medicine containing acetaminophen (drugs for pain/fever or cough&cold) without asking your doctor first.
